THE GREAT TEAM CHALLENGE
An energetic, collaborative workshop where pupils work together, communicate clearly and tackle challenges as a team.
The crew has been assembled. The maps are drawn. It’s time to set sail on a pirate quest in search of adventure, new lands and buried treasure.
But there’s one problem — no one can do this alone.
From the moment the journey begins, pupils must rely on one another to succeed. Whether navigating treacherous terrain, keeping the crew afloat in a sinking lifeboat or unlocking a mysterious treasure chest, every challenge depends on teamwork.
Through a series of fast-paced and imaginative tasks, pupils learn what it really means to work together — listening carefully, sharing ideas, supporting one another and playing an active role in the success of the group.
The workshop creates a fun, inclusive environment where pupils build trust, communicate effectively and discover how much more they can achieve when they work as a team.
