We work with secondary schools to support students in developing confidence, communication and spoken language skills. Our workshops are interactive, engaging and designed to give students clear techniques they can apply immediately — whether presenting in class, preparing for interviews or speaking under pressure.

We focus on helping students build confidence, think independently and communicate with clarity, while also developing an awareness of how they come across, how they adapt to different audiences and how they connect effectively with others. Alongside this, students develop key skills such as leadership, teamwork and resilience that extend beyond the classroom.

FINDING YOUR VOICE

Our most popular workshop for secondary schools

This workshop develops students’ confidence, communication and speaking skills through practical, actor-led techniques.

Fast-paced, engaging and supportive, the session gives students clear strategies they can apply immediately. They learn how to use breath, body and voice to communicate with clarity and confidence when presenting, speaking in class or performing under pressure. Students also develop tools to manage nerves and deliver ideas with greater control, impact and conviction — while becoming more aware of how they are perceived and how to engage an audience.

Students learn to:

  • Use breath, body and voice to communicate with confidence

  • Understand how body language shapes communication and influences how they are perceived

  • Apply practical techniques for speaking and presenting

  • Manage nerves and performance anxiety

  • Speak clearly, with greater control and impact

  • Build resilience through challenge and creative risk-taking

  • Develop awareness of audience, helping them adapt, respond and connect more effectively

“Students came away with clear implementable skills and were able to put them into practice immediately. We’ve already booked again for next year.”

Director of Admissions, MPW College (London)

  • Workshops are typically delivered as 60–90 minute sessions to individual classes or groups

  • Available as half-day or full-day bookings, depending on your timetable and number of students

  • Suitable for whole year groups, with parallel sessions where needed

  • Delivered in school by trained facilitators, with staffing adapted to support smooth delivery

  • Sessions can be tailored to your students, whether focusing on confidence, communication, interviews or teamwork
